Montréal, Quebec

Hey Guys! Today I would just like to keep you guys updated on my travels! I've recently visited Montreal in Canada for a long weekend.

After hours of traveling, my family joined another group in Montreal at the Hyatt Regency Montreal. Quebec was a French speaking province so getting there was quite tough.
We all got settled, admired our view, and we took the metro to grab a bite to eat.
We all unwound, relaxed, and got a good nights sleep for the next day...

The next day, our little clan headed for the metro again on our way to Old Montréal. We were astounded by glorious and rustic buildings throughout our stroll. In Montréal, riding bikes throughout the city is very common.

We were all on our way to see Notre Dame, which was the focal point of our trip. We finally arrived. We were caught in admiration of the fine architecture, and we stayed for picture for a while.

Montreal was a great experience filled with fun and education. The food, however was some of the most authentic I've ever seen.

Hawaiian Day 5

Here is Day 5 of my Hawaiian Adventure.

All of us woke up to a sunny day and we ate breakfast at Swan Court. At about 9:30 all of us went to our car and we started to go to the Road to Hana. It was a mountain road, but it was worth the drive. We can all say we survive the Hana Highway. Here are pictures.

Here is the food I ate along the way.
     Salted Coconut Chips Made Fresh
Fresh Banana and Pineapple Popsicle on           Sugarcane Stick
                    Drinking Coconut
                Fresh Sugarcane Juice
Shaved Ice Passion and Orange Flavored
                 Fresh Banana Bread

Hawaiian Adventure Day 4

Here is day 4 of my amazing Hawaiian Adventure.

It all started with waking up, seeing the sunrise, and eating breakfast at swan court.

Then, we headed to the Lahaina Harbor to go to a boat to snorkel in the ocean near a reef and see dolphins. They gave us coffee cake and Maui Golden Pineapple as a small breakfast. We were heading to the snorkeling spot when...Splash! A dolphin came so close, it splashed everyone and a whole pod started roaming around the boat. It was very cool and interesting for both the kids, and the adults.
After this we all started snorkeling at our spot. This was in the ocean and it was an amazing thrill for ages 5-70. The reef was astonishing and beautiful and we were all upset it ended in 40 minutes. :( We all returned to the harbor and we headed to the Hyatt Regency.

Everyone headed to there rooms and freshened up to go to the very extravagant and highly recommended Drums Of The Pacific Luau. They provided a large variety of dinner foods and desserts. To top it off, we were all treated to a series of Hawaiian Dances. To see this luau, click here. Unfortunatly, I was unable to get the entire luau. Click here to see my favorite
dance in this luau.

That was my 4th day of Hawaii.

Hawaiian Adventure Day 3

Hey Everyone! Here's Day 3 of my astonishing Hawaiian experience.

It all started by waking up to an ocean view and we all went to eat at the swan court buffet.
After a very large and filling breakfast the adults and kids went for a snorkeling class! Later they all relaxed at the pool.
A few hours later everyone joined for a scuba lesson.

After a thorough and productive scuba lesson we all headed to our rooms to dry and freshen up. After a couple hours of relaxing we all headed down to the beach, watched the sunset, and the adults had champagne while the kids had Shirley Temples.
We all ended the day with green been fries, Mediterranean flatbread and lavender cheesecake.
After we all ate we decided to take a star gazing tour at the top of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Here are some amazing pictures.
